Talent Acquisition Advisor (12 month fixed term contract)

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor you’ll play a vital role in making that happen leading recruitment campaigns for our high-volume roles and ensuring every candidate and hiring manager experiences a process that’s smooth, inclusive and engaging.

This is more than just filling vacancies. It’s about partnering with hiring managers sourcing great talent directly and building pipelines that keep our business growing. What you’ll do:
  • Own end-to-end recruitment campaigns supporting our Services function with a focus on Care roles.
  • Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns from job advert to offer stage.
  • Screen and short‑list candidates ensuring a fair and inclusive process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide insight into the talent market.
  • Drive candidate attraction through proactive sourcing, networking and talent pooling.
  • Provide regular updates and meaningful feedback to candidates and managers.
  • Coordinate interviews with the TA Coordinator to keep processes moving quickly.
  • Keep accurate compliant records in our ATS (iRecruit).
  • Support employer branding and attraction initiatives including social media and job board campaigns.
  • Analyse recruitment performance with the TA Partner and recommend better routes to market.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers coaching them on best practice.

What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns (high-volume desirable).
  • Recruitment background in care, hospitality, property management or other service-driven industries.
  • Hands‑on experience of direct sourcing (LinkedIn, CV databases, social media, job boards like Indeed).
  • A track record of building strong credible relationships with hiring managers.
  • Confidence using ATS or HRIS systems and comfortable working with data.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and right‑to‑work checks.
  • A strong communicator who can influence and engage.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple roles at pace.
  • Creative in your approach to candidate attraction.
  • Resilient, adaptable and proactive in a busy environment.
