Job Title: T Desk Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for a T Desk Assistant to fully support business operations with the realization of our repair sales objectives. Primary activities will include the production of repair quotations along with follow up on open quotations to secure orders from customers, in an efficient and accurate manner.

Typical Day
  • Act upon leads from various channels (Insurance Reports/ Risk assessments/ Upgrades/ Customers/ Service Managers) and use the repair fixed‑price packages to create quotation according to priorities
  • Use the information in CRM to ensure that the quotation gets to the correct recipient
  • Call customers to follow up on quotes issued, within agreed timeframes
  • Check outstanding works on the unit in question to adequately prepare for customer calls
  • Answer customer questions and secure booking confirmation orders
