Responsibilities
- Leading IT and integration projects hand in hand with your manager, changing out the entire on-prem tech stack to cloud-based, start to finish; planning, execution, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues and keep business systems humming internally.
- Keep the IT infrastructure secure, reliable, and running at top speed.
- Roll out and connect cloud-based tools (CRM, ERP, CPQ, automation platforms).
- Build workflows, apps, and integrations that make processes smarter and faster.
- Team up with vendors and colleagues to design solutions that stick, customer-facing discovery calls, and in-person visits.
- Support sales team with your technical know-how.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of IT admin, systems engineering, or integration experience.
- Comfort and excitement for AI
- Strong project management and organizational skills. Prioritization and time management are critical.
- Strong communication skills, not afraid to talk to customers over video, in person, and work with everyone from teammates to executives.
- Hungry to learn, dive in and learn on the job.
- Nice to have: familiarity with tools like Zoho, Sage, or QuoteWerks. Bonus points for scripting chops (JavaScript, Python).
Where and how much
- Windsor, In office
- Salary range is $85k - $95k plus discretionary bonus
- Open to traveling on occasion to customer sites in Colorado. Minimal travel and expensed.
