What\'s the role about?

Systems Administrator (Platforms)

Full time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum + Company Bonus + 27 days holiday (+ birthday off)

Working: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (with some flexibility available)

Location: Leeds LS1 (Hybrid) 2 days office, 3 days working from home

We’re looking for a Systems Administrator (Platforms) to join our Retail Media & Product Propositions team. This role is perfect for someone who’s curious about technology, enjoys solving problems, and wants to kick-start their career in business systems and platforms.

You’ll be working closely with our Platforms Senior Manager, Sales, and Operations teams — becoming the go-to person when colleagues need system support or improvements. Think of it as the bridge between tech and people: keeping things running smoothly while helping us make our tools even better.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of our systems and platforms.
  • Helping colleagues get the best out of our tools — answering questions, fixing small issues, and showing people how things work.
  • Making simple system changes (like updating fields, layouts, or workflows).
  • Assisting on new projects: testing, writing guides, reporting progress, and training users.
  • Spotting opportunities to improve processes and integrations.
  • Acting as first-line support by responding to help desk tickets.
What we’re looking for
  • A recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or similar (or equivalent experience/interest).
  • A logical, detail-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Someone organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable using MS Office (Excel in particular).
  • Bonus points for:
    • Knowledge of SQL.
    • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, Trello, or Asana.
    • Exposure to working with large data sets.
