Sustainability Manager
London | Up to £70k

Lead sustainability on some of London's most exciting workplace projects.

This is your chance to join a leading fit-out specialist with a bold commitment to embedding sustainability at the heart of everything they do. Known for delivering high-quality, people-first workspaces, they are now looking for an experienced Sustainability Manager to help drive their Net Zero, ESG, and certification agenda forward.

In this role, you'll not only ensure projects achieve the highest sustainability standards – you'll also play a pivotal role in winning new business, working closely with senior leaders to craft compelling bids, pitch to clients, and showcase the consultancy's environmental expertise in tender interviews.

What you’ll do

• Lead sustainability input across the tender process – writing bids, developing strategies, and pitching directly to clients to secure work.
• Deliver BREEAM and WELL certifications, acting as a trusted AP across multiple projects.
• Define and implement Net Zero and ESG strategies for clients and projects.
• Champion sustainability through every stage of the project lifecycle, from early design to completion.
• Drive carbon reduction, circular economy, and resource efficiency initiatives on‑site.
• Collaborate with the supply chain to embed sustainability requirements and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Use digital platforms such as Procore and Qflow to capture, analyse, and report sustainability performance.
• Contribute to internal ESG strategy and innovation, helping to shape the future of sustainable fit‑out delivery.

About you

• Strong experience in sustainability within the fit‑out or construction sector.
• Accreditation as a BREEAM AP and/or WELL AP, with a track record of delivering certifications.
• Demonstrated success in tendering, bid writing, and client pitching, with the confidence to influence at senior level.
• Solid understanding of Net Zero Carbon strategies and ESG principles in the built environment.
• Knowledge of additional frameworks (LEED, SKA, NABERS UK) is desirable.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and the wider supply chain.
