Job summary

A leading UK engineering surveying consultancy is seeking a Surveyor for their Land Department in Reading. You will conduct topographical and measured building surveys, supporting both site and office-based tasks. Overview

Surveyor Land & MBS — Location: Berkshire
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (site hours may vary, with overtime and occasional weekends)

The Opportunity

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a leading UK engineering surveying consultancy, part of a wider infrastructure group, to recruit Surveyors for their Land Department based in Wokingham. Our client is a national engineering surveying business delivering topographical, measured building, underground utility, monitoring and site engineering surveys across a network of ten UK offices. Their teams support major construction and infrastructure projects, providing the engineering certainty required to deliver complex schemes safely and efficiently.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Surveyor, you will work independently and within multi-disciplinary teams delivering topographical and measured building surveys across a wide variety of sites and sectors. The role combines site-based data capture, office-based processing, and supporting the development of junior team members.
