Overview

Location: 130 Cowley Road, CB4 0GU

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £ 23.70 per hour

  • Manage and prioritize workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed within set deadlines.
  • Conduct comprehensive surveys and inspections of buildings, including accessing roofs and confined spaces.
  • Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with Building and Construction Design and Management Regulations.
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on survey findings and construction assessments.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors and local authorities, to ensure project success.
  • Utilize knowledge of RICS Valuation Standards in evaluating building projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to construction projects and inspections.
