Are you ready to make a real impact in surgical care? Join us as a Surgical Solutions Manager and help shape the future of operating theatres across the Northern Home Counties. This field-based role offers the chance to work closely with clinical teams, support innovative products and drive excellence in patient outcomes.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be the go-to expert for our surgical solutions within our Sports Medicine portfolio, working side-by-side with hospital theatre teams to ensure the safe and effective use of Smith+Ne. Whether supporting existing customers or helping introduce our technology into new accounts, you’ll be a vital part of improving service provision and clinical efficiency. From managing stock and equipment to delivering hands‑on training, your work will directly influence patient care and hospital performance.

What does success look like?

Success in the role will be determined by revenue and an improved service provision and efficiency in our business interactions with our customers. Much of this will happen in hospital theatre environment, and will assist with the ongoing support of our existing Smith+Ne customers and help implement business in new accounts.

Ultimately it's about the safe and efficient clinical use of our products, helping manage stock and equipment and doing our bit to improve the customer experience with us.

Successful candidates would need the following :
  • Medical sales experience, ideally in Orthopaedics or Sports Medicine.
  • Alternatively, you could come from a clinical background (nursing, ODP, physiotherapy or similar) and be looking to make your first step into sales.
  • Theatre sales experience is preferred
  • Experience delivering training and guidance to customers and health care professionals ensuring an outstanding sales experience
  • Consistent record of success in delivering for customers and patients
