The role involves guiding daily routines, advocating for emotional wellbeing, and ensuring access to education and employment. Ideal candidates will have experience working with young people and a level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare. At Homes for Support youll play a key role in helping young people aged 1621 including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children build confidence develop independence and prepare for adulthood.
Youll provide day-to-day guidance emotional support and practical help that empowers young people to thrive and achieve their personal goals.
