A local government authority in Bristol is seeking a PRT Support Worker to provide critical support to vulnerable adults, helping them achieve independence and prevent homelessness. This role involves managing client caseloads, creating and implementing Support Plans, and providing assistance with income, welfare benefits, and various practical needs. As a PRT Support Worker, you’ll play a vital part in supporting vulnerable adults in the community, helping to prevent homelessness and increase independence. You’ll manage a caseload of clients, delivering high-quality, person-centred support to help them achieve positive outcomes.
