As a learning disability Support Worker, you’ll bring a passion for promoting active involvement and communication, ensuring that every day is a good day for our service users living in the Warwick area. Every day will be unique, filled with a variety of activities such as baking, listening to music, walking and more.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include providing respectful personal care and assisting with domestic tasks like cooking and cleaning, engaging with service users to build trusting therapeutic relationships, and encouraging wellbeing and positive coping skills. You will offer support to service users in their own homes or other settings, as part of a structured approach, providing respite to carers, and offering practical and emotional support to families where appropriate.
