Supplying24 / 7 care on a rolling rota - covering early, late, wake nightsand weekend shifts.
Playinga pivotal role in an individual’s care team, supporting them to maximise independence, and giving them the opportunity to live their life to the fullest.
Helpingindividualsparticipatein social and recreational community-based activities.
Supportingindividuals intheir daily activities,accompanyingthem to appointments and outings.
Ensuringall records are up-to-date andaccurate.Monitoringand reportingchanges in behaviour or health status.
Helping tomaintaina safe and clean environment for individuals.
