A supported living healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated individual to support a gentleman with complex care needs, including assistance with a colostomy bag and personal care. Ideal candidates will have a full UK driving license and experience in brain injury support. Responsibilities include providing high-quality 2:1 care, engaging the client socially, and managing medication. The role requires someone local to Alton with a keen interest in cars and motorcycles. Shift Pattern: 08:00-20:00 / 20:00-08:00
He is an older gentleman with a brain injury, paralysed from the chest down. He requires support with his colostomy bag, full personal care and medication administration, but does not need assistance with transfers. He has learning difficulties and mental health struggles. He loves cars and motorcycles and appreciates a good sense of humour.

This role is part of our Team Brain Injury, supported by an experienced Complex Care Manager. We work in a variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, focusing on person‑centred care and empowerment.
