Job description

Overview

Daleview House provides older persons supported living accommodation giving support and care for up to 13 Housing with Care Tenants. It is situated in the Waterside area of Derry~Londonderry. Daleview House provides 24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year.

Responsibilities

Provide support and care to residents in a 24-hour staffed environment in a sheltered housing setting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent
• 6 months experience in a formal care/support role working with vulnerable adults
• Must be currently registered with NISCC or must achieve registration within 6 months if new to the sector
• Or 2 years’ experience in a formal care/support role and previous experience of working with vulnerable adults
• Must be willing to work towards completion of QCF Level 2 Health & Social Care
