Role of a National Care Group Support Worker

You will work with young adults who have complex needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals together.
  • Assist planning of daily tasks and practical activities such as cooking, cleaning, and running errands.
  • Support personal care, including eating and medication administration.
  • Help plan and participate in day‑out activities.
  • Encourage independence wherever possible.
