Position

Support Worker — Warlingham, Surrey

£23,264 per annum (pro rata). Full time hours only. Drivers with a Full UK Driving licence.

Responsibilities
  • Work with us in Warlingham, supporting 2 individuals with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge in a supported living home with 3 support staff on each day shift.
  • Support our people to be engaged in all day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
  • Support our people with social activities, and connect with family and friends.
  • Support the management of our people’s finances.
  • Keep our people’s home clean and fresh, and assist with shopping.
  • Provide, and encourage, personal care.
  • Enjoy what you do!
Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience in social care is not essential; we provide a full range of accredited and award-winning training programmes at no cost, including the Health and Social Care Diploma to support your career progression.
  • Full UK driving licence is required for this role.
