A leading housing service provider is seeking Support Workers in Peterhead to help individuals live independently by providing personal care and support with daily tasks. The role involves working flexible hours including full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts. You will work as part of a caring team focused on treating each individual with compassion. A valid UK driving licence is preferred due to the rural location. This position offers a rewarding experience in making a difference in people's lives.

Mears Group provides housing and care services across the UK, with a strong focus on supported living. We’re currently looking for Support Workers in Peterhead to join our team. There will be a mixture of Full Time, Part Time and weekend shifts.
In this role, you’ll help people live independently by supporting them with daily tasks, personal care and social activities at home and in the community. You’ll be part of a caring team that treats every individual with respect and compassion.
No two days are the same, and you’ll find real reward in making a difference to someone’s life. Because of the rural location, a full UK driving licence is preferred.

Our Support Workers experience variety and a huge sense of reward and achievement in their daily activities where no two days are the same and we place huge emphasis on the fact that our customers are individuals, at Mears Supported Living we feel they all deserve to be treated as such.
