SENAD Community provides high quality support for people of all ages who may have a disability, communication or specialist health needs. Working hours and role type

The service is 24 hours, 7 days a week, therefore you must be flexible in your availability (both waking nights and sleeps are available). We are recruiting for permanent roles both full- and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, person-centred support to a diverse group of individuals.
• Engage service users in meaningful activities to maximise potential and independence.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate respect and dignity at all times.
• Support may involve working with individuals who have one or more of the following challenges: acquired brain injuries, mental health needs, learning and/or physical disabilities, autism, drug/alcohol misuse, forensic backgrounds, homelessness.
