Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Relevant experience working in a supportive role
  • Willing to undertake personal care
  • Confident working with challenging behaviour
  • A genuine interest in childcare
Desirable
  • Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma
  • Experience in specialist care for people with autism learning disabilities or complex backgrounds
