We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, providing person‑centred care and support to individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and complex health conditions.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will help individuals live fulfilling and independent lives, promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion. Your duties will include supporting personal care, daily living activities, medication administration, and community engagement.

Cumbria – covering various areas within the locality.

Contract

Agency AdHoc.

Pay

£13.69–£18.04 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay).

Shifts

Days, evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins – flexible to suit your lifestyle.

  • Safe Handling & Administration of Medication
