Job description

Supporting both children and adults across East Devon District - Honiton, Ottery St Mary, Axminster, Sidmouth and other areas who have learning disabilities and mental health

Cherished Care is a person/child centered enabling company promoting independence and support to our service users in the community.

We offer one to one and group enabling sessions, respite to families and service users and at the heart of it all we provide fun, learning, support and safety to our service users and families.

We are looking to recruit proactive and vibrant staff that have a passion for children and adults with complex needs, and a commitment to our service users in a sometimes challenging, but always rewarding role. No two days are the same and we are looking for people who want a variety and a challenge.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Alternate weekend required
• Earlies and lates
• Full and part time available

Pay:

• £13.50ph
• Travel time and mileage

Requirements:

• No Presonal Care
• Male and female
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Potential to use company car
• Clients are between the ages of 0 - 55 years old
• No experience required, full comprehensive training provided

You will be providing support to the services users to access the community and doing activities such as:

• Going for coffee
• Shopping
• Recreational activities and personal hobbies
