Support Worker - Port Talbot - £12.60 - £12.80 per hour | Full Time (40.25 hrs) | Day & Night Shifts Available

At Coed Parc House in Cwmavon (near Port Talbot), you'll be part of a warm, supportive team working in a modern service where every individual has their own self‑contained apartment designed around their needs. This is your chance to be part of something special.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities.
• Build strong, positive relationships that help individuals grow in confidence.
• Promote independence and encourage people to make their own choices.
• Work collaboratively with families and other professionals.

Both day and waking night shifts are available, giving you flexibility to balance work and home life.

What We're Looking For

• Kind, patient and compassionate.
• A great communicator and a good listener.
• Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible to work a mix of shifts, including some weekends.
• A driver – essential part of the role where you will take the individuals out on activities.
