A care provider in Coventry is seeking Support Workers who are dedicated to helping adults with learning disabilities and autism. This rewarding role involves supporting individuals in various activities, from personal care to leisure pursuits. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a focus on a flexible working rota and essential weekend cover. Training will be provided, making it suitable for those new to care.

A full UK manual driving licence is essential for some of our roles in this location as you will be supporting people in activities in the community.

You will be working on a rota covering various shifts. We have a number of part time and full time positions available. Our full time contract is 37.5 hrs per week. Weekend working is essential, which will be on a rotating basis and when you work a weekend you will have the time off in the week.
