Salary

£15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Shift Availability
  • Day shifts – 07:00–23:00 (2:1)
  • Night shifts – 23:00–07:00 (2:1)
About the Client

Our client is a young adult with Autism Spectrum Disorder, an eating disorder, OCD, and depression. Currently in an inpatient unit, they are transitioning to community care.

Clinical Requirements
  • Specialist expertise in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and co‑morbid conditions
  • Experience with Eating Disorders
  • Experience with OCD
  • Experience with Depression
Role Overview

This is a meaningful 2:1 role where you will deliver compassionate care in the client’s home, support community access, promote independence, provide emotional reassurance, and communicate effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams.

Compliance Requirements

All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification, and full CQC/Schedule 3 compliant onboarding.

Referral Bonus
  • £150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
  • £250 for every Registered Nurse you refer

Paid once the referral completes 150 hours.
