Job summary

An organization supporting vulnerable individuals is seeking a Support Planner in North Lincolnshire. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of Service Users, communicating support tasks, and fostering a safe and supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in support work or lived experience and possess strong empathy and communication skills. This is a permanent position with a salary of £25,235 for 37 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • Experience in support work or lived experience.
  • Ability to provide support in a compassionate and dynamic manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards Service Users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Service Users in a maintained environment.
  • Assess and evaluate the needs of Service Users.
  • Communicate tasks from support plans to Support Workers.
  • Enable Service Users to pursue meaningful activities.
