In this role, you will support the management of IETP across four key teams over the Astute and Dreadnought programmes and lead the four Team Lead SMEs. You will regularly engage with key internal and external stakeholders and the Customer. You will support a critical area of the business, providing leadership, mentoring, inspiration and motivation to your team members.
