A community support organization is seeking a compassionate and motivated Support Assistant to work with a friendly young man in Eastbourne. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated support assistant to work with a friendly young man three days a week, helping him stay active, independent, and socially engaged at home and in the community.
This is a varied and meaningful position where you’ll support him with daily activities, appointments, errands, and leisure outings. Whether it’s a trip to the shop, some time outdoors, or keeping things running smoothly at home, your input will make a genuine difference. Harvey enjoys long walks, and walks at a quick pace, so this is something he’d enjoy regularly.
He is a bright, friendly person who values trust and routine. He responds well to clear communication and kindness.
You won’t be alone - guidance and backup are available, and the team will work with you to help you settle in. This is a great role for someone looking for meaningful work and consistency.
