Job summary

A leading BPM and Product development company is looking for a GBP-Support Analyst with strong Summit/Murex support experience. The role requires at least 6 years of experience in production support of highly technical applications, including expertise in incident, problem, and change management. Familiarity with banking domain applications, particularly in investment banking and trading, is preferred. The ideal candidate would have experience with batch tools and excellent communication during critical outages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Summit/Murex support.
• Hands-on experience in incident management for critical incidents.
• Experience in production support processes and applications.
