7 Large Secondary schools in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells require Supply staff who are available to work on days you are free.

This role is ideal for teachers who hold QTS, experienced cover supervisors, and recent graduates who are looking to gain teaching experience by covering classes in a secondary school. If you are a teacher, cover supervisor or graduate who is confident and passionate enough for this Supply Teacher or Cover Supervisor role, we would love to hear from you.

The day-to-day duties of a Cover Supervisor at this school include:

• Class support for when teachers are absent
• Supporting students through pre-planned lessons
• Behaviour management: ensure all pupils are on task and completing the work left by their regular class teacher
• Helping raise attainment by delivering fun and creative lessons
