Overview

Secondary Supply Teachers Needed - Salisbury & Surrounding Areas

Pay: £130 - £150 per day (depending on experience). Hours: 08:15 - 15:30.

Supply Desk is working closely with secondary schools across Salisbury and the surrounding areas, including Amesbury, Wilton, Fordingbridge, Andover, and Tidworth. We’re looking for enthusiastic supply teachers who are confident stepping into the classroom and inspiring students when their regular teacher is away.

What you\'ll be doing

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive classroom environment
• Support students across Key Stage 3 and 4
• Manage behaviour confidently and professionally
• Adapt to different subjects and school settings with ease

What we\'re looking for

• Qualified Teacher (QTS, NQT, ECT or GTC registered)
• Strong knowledge of the Secondary curriculum
• Classroom management skills with a flexible, resilient approach
• Confidence to teach across a range of subjects (subject specialism a bonus)
• Experience supporting Army children would be beneficial due to the nature of the local area
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
