Academics Ltd is seeking enthusiastic teachers to join our supply team, supporting a range of local primary schools in Bletchley and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2, following the National Curriculum.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
• Adapt quickly to different schools and confidently follow their individual policies and procedures.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, supporting both academic and social development.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
• Complete marking and assessment tasks where required to support continuity of learning.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
• Experience in a primary school setting with strong curriculum knowledge.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
