A leading bakery company in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled production planner to join their dynamic supply chain team. This role requires over 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in production planning, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will engage with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, timely purchasing of materials, and adherence to production schedules. Week 1 - 7am -5pm

The role
The supply chain department forms the central hub between suppliers, the warehouse, production, loading, hauliers, customers, hygiene, engineering, and other external stakeholders. It is a key cornerstone that allows our operation to run effectively and efficiently, ensuring all parties know what is required from them, and at what time. It requires someone who is highly communicative, with strong interpersonal skills, to build good relationships with all the above areas. This person should have an eye for detail however be able to keep things simple and to the point.
