Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: West Midlands

Salary: Up to £80k basic plus package

Role Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor for an experienced Supply Chain Manager. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this role is the principal point of contact for the supply chain. You will support senior leadership with analysis and recommendations, manage supplier, subcontractor, and consultant relationships, and drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the supply chain database and documentation.
  • Onboard and manage supply chain members, preferred, and strategic partners.
  • Liaise with supply chain companies, handling applications, agreements, reviews, complaints, and awards.
  • Coordinate supplier engagement events and deliver internal training initiatives.
  • Support project and pre-construction teams to enhance tender submissions and address gaps in trade or geographic coverage.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse data, and produce quarterly reports for senior leadership.
  • Act as the main contact for supply chain software systems and support their renewal or implementation.
