Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills along with analytical, forecasting and reporting skills.
• Ability to contribute to team success but also work autonomously.
• Strong prioritisation skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule product availability and optimise stock holding.
• Support the Supply Chain Analyst in forecasting order requirements.
• Generate reports, perform data analysis and forecasting.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding order requirements.
• Monitor the order books to ensure timely delivery.

Skills

Excellent IT skills especially with MS Excel / Outlook

Experience within a similar supply chain / purchasing / analytical position

Excellent customer service and communication skills
