Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team at a leading distribution centre in West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project within a global supply chain environment.

You’ll play a key role in analysing post-production supply chain data and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and information across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse buy signals from the planning tool and take appropriate action (e.g. send to buyer, move stock, cleanse forecast).
  • Define reorder points and quantities to optimise purchasing.
  • Initiate redistribution of materials based on location analysis.
  • Assess supplier/customer data including repair capabilities and capacity.
  • Evaluate the impact of configuration changes on supply support systems.
  • Review warranty applicability and allocate costs accordingly.
  • Resolve supply chain discrepancies and customer issues.
  • Identify alternatives to mitigate obsolescence risks.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain or logistics.
  • Comfortable working with planning tools and interpreting data signals.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
  • Flexible and proactive, especially during the initial training period (which will require 5 days/week in the office).
Working Pattern

Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote) – Full-time, 7.5 hours/day with a 30-minute lunch break

Shift Flexibility

Start between 8:00–9:30 AM, finish between 4:00–5:30 PM
