Job Description
- The salary for this role is £40k - £45k.
- This role offers the potential for hybrid working 1 day a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
- Analyse and report on supplier performance metrics.
- Support the development and implementation of quality improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to supplier quality.
- Assist in supplier qualification and approval processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to align supplier processes with company standards.
- This role will require some travel, up to 25%.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in supplier quality assurance within the automotive sector.
- Strong understanding of IATF quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in leading audits to IATF standard and implementing quality improvement plans.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Technical knowledge relevant to the engineering and manufacturing field.
