Supervisor (Full-Time)

Established Coffee is a café and roastery located in the heart of downtown Belfast. We strive to give the best customer experience in all that we do. Simply put, we want everything we make, design and sell to have the same care and consideration we put into our coffee. We want to be the best at everything we do. We are currently hiring Supervisors to join our team. One year's experience in a supervisor/ manager role and working in coffee is essential. Most importantly, is that you have the right attitude and show commitment to the job.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• Be able to communicate with staff on shift while promoting a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in customers, identifying and responding to their needs at all times.
• Work as part of the managerial team in developing and implementing company standards and procedures.
• Conduct ongoing training and development for the rest of the team, as well as taking initiative to advance their own skills.
• Lead by example and maintain effective time management.
• Always striving to make things better and taking pride in their work.
• Proficient in cash management and trustworthy.
• Be well presented and punctual.

Flexibility & availability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday) is a must. Applications are invited for full-time hours, (32-40 hours p/week, over 4-5 days).
