Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor for the Trowell Services site on the M1 (Nottingham area). The role pays £27,700 per year for a 40-hour week and offers development opportunities within the brand as it supports the UK rest-stop experience.

You will be the store's right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts, upholding service standards, and fostering a positive team culture while ensuring safety and compliance across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work on own initiative and drive improvements.

Supervisor - £27,700 - 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
