Job summary

Moto at Leigh Delamere Services, Chippenham, Wiltshire, is seeking a Supervisor to be the strong right hand to the Store Manager. You’ll lead shifts, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional service as we serve guests at the nation’s favourite rest stop.

The role includes development opportunities, a competitive annual salary (£28,505.25 per annum for 40 hours/week), and an annual bonus up to £3,445. We offer enhanced benefits and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work on own initiative and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
