Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Wetherby Services is seeking a Supervisor to act as the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and maintaining smooth operations at the service area. You will help deliver excellent customer service while serving coffee, tea and beverages as part of the Costa Coffee experience.

The role offers development opportunities and a path to management, with a focus on safety, standards, and team engagement in a fast-paced environment.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation's favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.
