Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor at Leigh Delamere Services, Chippenham. The role offers £28,505.25 per annum for a 40 hour week in a busy retail/hospitality setting, with a strong focus on leading the team and delivering exceptional service across Costa Coffee and related outlets.

You’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager, driving engagement, safety and performance, while acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring smooth daily operations and first-class customer experience.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day. The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you will be doing as a Supervisor:

What you’ll bring to us:

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
