Job summary

Moto Hospitality in Wetherby is seeking a Supervisor to act as the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and keeping the unit running smoothly on a 40-hour workweek at Wetherby Services.

You’ll be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service while transforming the UK rest stop experience, with clear development paths into management and substantial colleague discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
