Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor at Southwaite Services on the M6. You will be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and ensuring the unit runs smoothly while delivering Costa Coffee and other beverages with high service standards.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day. The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What You’ll Bring To Us

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
