The role

As a Supervisor Administrative Support, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll provide essential administrative support to first‑line management, ensuring the smooth running of our operational organisation. This is a role where your attention to detail and organisational skills will make a real difference to the efficiency of our site and the experience of our people. Day‑to‑day responsibilities
  • Liaise with HR Administration to deliver a joined‑up service
  • Deliver site inductions for new starters
  • Create and issue briefs to Supervisors and Workshop Managers
  • Support departmental administration tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

The role is based onsite at Ashchurch, and the set working times are Monday to Friday, totalling 37 hours per week.

Essential experience
  • Experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Qualifications
  • Educated to Level 2 in the National Qualification Framework (NQF) as a minimum (Intermediate apprenticeship, Level 2 NVQ, GCSE Grade A*–C, or equivalent workplace experience)

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
