Overview

We are currently seeking a professional, proactive, and service-driven Supervisor to join our dedicated catering team at Theatre by The lake. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail.

Salary: £29,328

Working 5 days over 7

Hours worked between 8.30am - 11pm

Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the Cafe and Bar, ensuring smooth service across the Pre theatre dining
  • Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards
  • Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and discretion
  • Ensure the catering areas maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Support the management team in implementing policies and enhancing service offerings
  • Oversee events and private functions as required
