A leading housing organization based in Eastbourne is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance projects and lead a team effectively. This full-time role demands strong supervisory skills within property maintenance, ensuring compliance and safety while delivering high-quality service. Competitive salary up to £38,325, along with additional benefits including a company van and annual leave.
Maintenance Supervisor – Location: Eastbourne – Full Time Permanent
Salary up to £38,325.00 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card
42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)
We’re currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team as part of a social housing contract in Lewes and the surrounding areas. This is a dynamic, office-based leadership role where you’ll oversee the delivery of void maintenance projects within unoccupied properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with a strong pipeline of work and a growing presence in the area. You’ll play a key part in ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and ready for residents, making a real impact in the community.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
