The role of a supervising social worker involves a range of responsibilities, including supervising foster carers, addressing safeguarding concerns, and providing emotional and practical support to foster families. Additionally, they play a key role in recruiting foster carers, conducting assessments, and providing training before children are placed in care.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
