Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Acting as the first point of contact for discounts and customer queries
  • Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge as a brand ambassador
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
  • Assisting customers with outfit building and product recommendations
  • Assessing customer needs and providing product information
  • Driving store KPIs and suggesting improvements
  • Maintaining shop and stockroom presentation and organization
