Job summary

West Suffolk House, Bury St Edmunds IP333YU -Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office mini-mum

Pay Rate

£36ph-£39ph

Key Expertise & Experience

Child Protection & Child in Need : Extensive experience conducting assessments, managing complex child protection cases, and providing timely interventions to ensure the safety and welfare of vulnerable children.

Duty & Assessment Work : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, duty-based environment while balancing longer-term cases. I have a strong background in managing a high caseload, conducting thorough assessments, and ensuring that all cases are managed in line with statutory requirements.

Collaborative Approach : Skilled in multi-agency working, coordinating with partner organizations to create tailored care plans that safeguard children's well‑being. My ability to work effectively within a team is one of my core strengths.

Supervision & Mentorship : Experienced in providing supervision and guidance to junior social workers, offering both support and constructive feedback to ensure high‑quality, child‑focused practice.
