We are seeking a motivated and experienced Subway Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy Subway store within the ISS retail department at a hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to join ISS while managing one of the UK’s leading sandwich chains in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

As Subway Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of five staff members, ensuring compliance with both ISS and Subway standards. You will play a key role in achieving budgeted sales and GP%, maintaining brand standards, and delivering excellent customer service. In addition, you will act as assistant to the Retail Manager and cover their duties during annual leave.

Key Responsibilities
